License Agreement

Adventure Drivers — Effective: 2026-03-19

Grant of License

Adventure Drivers ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Adventure Drivers ("the Software") for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Restrictions

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • You may not use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • You may not sublicense or transfer your rights under this agreement.
  • You may not remove proprietary notices from the Software.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain with Adventure Drivers. This license does not convey any ownership interest in the Software to you.

Patents Copyrights Trademarks Trade Secrets

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Adventure Drivers may terminate this license at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Adventure Drivers BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
